We have found that it is essential for a experienced Project Manager to work closely with the Client to guide them through the selection and decision making processes, well in advance of construction, to ensure that the standards, quality and budgets are not affected by delay or late change. We normally recommend the use of multiple contractors who have proven track records in the residential market place and encourage the Owner to consider supplying the high value materials to ensure quality and best value.
