As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Simon works all over the Caribbean providing Banks, Law Firms and developers with professional property valuations and other consulting services. One of the highest qualified and most experience Chartered Valuation Surveyors in the Caribbean region, Simon is an active Assessor in the Valuation Faculty and is currently a Board member of the regional chapter, RICS Caribbean. Simon spends the few hours he is not working as an active Rotarian. He also has a passion for long distance running and loves spending time with his wife and daughter. e swatson@charterland.ky |
